Rosemary Nigh

Rosemary Nigh and her husband, Jerry, have been residents of Castle Pines Village and the Country Club of Castle Pines since 1987. They are also members of Fox Acres Country Club located in Red Feather Lakes area since 1990. Rosemary acquired her real estate license in 1998, beginning her career with Best Properties and Coldwell Banker, prior to joining Fuller Towne & Country Properties (now Fuller Sotheby's) in 2002. She earned her GRI designation in 2003 and her CRS designation in 2005. Her real estate strengths include attention to the details of the real estate transactions for buyers and sellers, uncompromised ethics, and knowledge of Castle Pines Village second to none. From Bloomington, Indiana, Rosemary earned her BA from Indiana University in 1967 and is an Alpha Phi Alumnae. She is a member of Castle Pines 18 Hole Ladies Golf group, Castle Pines Garden Club and writes the Real Estate section for the Castle Pines Village Reporter newsletter. Jerry has now worked with Rosemary in the business since 2004 after 35 years in the medical device industry in San Francisco and Los Angeles. The medical device experience included several small company startups, growing the companies, and selling them to larger pharmaceutical companies. His extensive business experience undoubtedly strengthens the service he and Rosemary provide to their clients. From Indianapolis, Indiana, Jerry also earned his BS from Indiana University in 1967 and his MBA from the University of Arizona in 1969. Jerry currently is President of Fox Acres Community Services Board of Directors.
